@redbigot@TPG_Telecom Definitely worth rattling their cage. We were emailed to say plan is upgrading in price and speed. After discussions with numerous teams they lied and said it will automatically update on the 20th march. Wasn't surprised that it didn't. Now 4 phone calls today and still nothing.
