@Ask_Spectrum I am in an outage but I'd like to know why?! Seems they are starting to be a weekly occasion. I can understand a storm or accident or even the occasional blown transformer but come on nearly every freakin week? And why out til 5am??? Some people aren't asleep!!

@Ask_Spectrum I'm in Wilmington NC and having issues with intermittent connection issues. Link speed seems to be going from 600 to 77 suddenly and can't watch any recordings without it stopping and buffering. What the heck is going on??
