For as badly as @Ask_Spectrum fucked up my account, at least I had finally two competent CSAs who marginally unfucked my account. That said, I would use anybody other than spectrum if there was any other option.

@Ask_Spectrum Oh, you misunderstood my post. We are having no issues with Spectrum. We just recently deactivated our Cable service and telephone service. Kept our Internet Service which there are no issues. We have always had good service with Spectrum.
