@Ask_Spectrum Recently our Internet has been awful &I’ve lost a lot of work &my kids have lost a lot of homework.We lost internet regularly. On day 6, we call to weigh our options& decide to cancel &you STILL charged us saying you are a subscription company. Even tho in 6 days, poor internet.

@GetSpectrum you guys are the worst internet providers in America. I can’t wait until you guys go out of business because ain’t no way I’m still dealing with the same internet issues from last year. This is will be my 2nd tech this month and the year just started

@p_bochs @Ask_Spectrum Pathetic service from Spectrum,other internet providers quickly restore services and provide an ETA .But @GetSpectrum doesn’t care about customers at all and they are sleeping as usual.

@Ask_Spectrum - It’s been 16 hours without Internet service and there is no effort to restore the services and they don’t have ETA for restoring services.Not sure when spectrum will restore the internet services.
