@Ask_Spectrum are you aware of anything impacting internet service in the Orlando metro area? Specifically around area code 32703? For the past few weeks, we've been having issues that I've attributed to fiber networks being installed locally, but who knows.

Its bad enough that there's a monopoly for internet providers but @GetSpectrum honestly has some of the worst problems to deal with. The constant issue of not getting what you pay for then the slap in the face of the response you get is nuts. same goes for cell phone service.

Really wish my apartment complex would allow us to use ANY other internet company besides Spectrum. Forever the worst. Constant outages & slow internet speeds in a 750 sq ft apartment, even though I pay for the highest internet package. Get it together, @GetSpectrum
