@GetSpectrum Your customer service is a joke! No ETA on multiple outages or even status after hours in the Austin area! Fourth outage for more than a day in a month or so. Why does customer support NOT have access ??? Atleast you are not a monopoly in my area!

@Ask_Spectrum Really stressed with Spectrum services in Austin north east area with in 10 days 2 times outage problems last week we had a issue for more than 38 hours and today morning outage again @Ask_Spectrum can you clarify the issue , why we need to get the services if issues like this
