#Spectrum cable service is not customer friendly.96 y/o Dad is in the hospital/care facility. I called to put his service on vacation hold on the first day of this month’s billing cycle, but they charged him for the full month 12/18-1/17. No exceptions, no compromise. Ridiculous!
