@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum So there’s been “an outage in our area” since midnight and yet our modem crapped out at 1:50 and now it’s flashing green to red, on to off, over and over…and still no compensation on our bill? Just an “oops sorry” AGAIN? Another call tomorrow I guess.
