Cust Svc for existing customers of @GetSpectrum is ATROCIOUS!
TWO major outages in Charlotte in just over 2 WKS
They NEVER tell you why & won't even tell you if they KNOW why
They NEVER update the seemingly, completely arbitrary "restore" time either
Awful! Switching VERY soon!
