@Ask_Spectrum I have been on the phone with the agent for now 29 minutes! Not on hold... WITH the agent, trying to convince me to stay. I called 2 weeks ago to allow you that opportunity, and nothing good was offered. Now she's offering less, but I have started service with someone else.
