And after almost 2hrs on the phone to @Telstra do you think they gave me any information to lodge a complaint? No! I guess when you outsource your labour you forget to train them on your product and service offering. So instead I received deceptive, false and misleading advice!!

@IanSamuels3 @Telstra Yes we had close to 200 hundred towers down after the storm couple of weeks ago… same thing pretty much ..took a few days to get the comms… nothing working ..

@Telstra regarding that wonderful service when others fail that you advertise... it's been 2 weeks now since mobile phone reception was disrupted.... corner hampton Street and south road hampton. What's going on???

@Telstra How is it acceptable my partner (a doctor btw) can't receive phone calls all of a sudden? and the resolution is wait for 'back of office' 2-5 days? Is this normal?

So finally this saga has been resolved. It was a Power Supply Unit to the NTD/ONT that was only installed 2 weeks prior! Should have been resolved a lot faster with less phone calls. It was easy but hey, don’t let “simple” get in the way of a great process Be better @Telstra
