As if dealing with @Telstra wasn’t awful enough, now they email you about new phone bills but force you to go into the app in order to retrieve the bill, which takes ages. WHY CANT YOU JUST EMAIL ME THE BILL? WHY DO YOU HAVE TO MAKE LIFE SO HARD.
