@Telstra@Telstra_news no internet in parts of Randwick since 19 Feb. Try to ring 18 to 36 minute minimum wait for a human to answer. App just tells you there is an unplanned outage. When will it be resolved & will there be refunds? @acccgovau@NSW_FairTrading any communication?
