Hi @telstra - I dropped my phone. It’s mended. I can’t sign into the Telstra app to restore my eSIM, because the only way you’ll send me an authorisation code is to THE MOBILE NUMBER THAT ISN’T WORKING (no e-mail option offered.) And I can’t 2FA anything else. Who…designed this?
