@jamescutlan87 @Marathon_Mcr @UKRunChat @MaurtenOfficial @Nike @stancesocks_sa @COROSGlobal @Strava I’d use the summer to sharpen your speed at the shorter distances; get those 5K and 10K times down a little, make 6:05 pace feel as easy as possible. There’s only so much volume or marathon specific pace can do, but normalising the body to 5:20-5:25 pace will do you wonders.
