@StanChart Resolve this issuees. I have never delayed payment. This time it happened unintentionally and got to know how they are scamming. I hv one credit card & been levied 2 penalties of 500 Rs for my dec sttmnt. Is this joke? #Scam #ConsumerRights @jagograhakjago @RBI
