@StanChart@CushWake This bank is the WORST bank in Singapore. My FIL forgot to pay the credit card fee. Subsequently he pay for it and ask to waive off late charges. End up still has interest! And.there is NO way to.waive off.interest. no call, no app but the statement still show interest charges!
