@cenbank@StanChart@hydrogenafrica_@cenbank, @hydrogenafrica_ also made it clear that the problem was Network problem from @StanChart with the below message
“Attached is the receipt of the transaction.
The error message means that, there was no network at the Bank when the card was inputted on the POS terminal”
