@StanChart It's became pathetic dat d annual charge even spending over 90k not reversed. Last 2 years I'm unable to contact CCE as always after my card "Context specific help unavailable. System is exp tech difficulties..." Earlier at least by mail u solved, this time no reply. I'll not pay
