@StGeorgeBank You made $500m profit last year, of which I personally contributed to in the form of mortgage repayments. Hire more phone staff and also train them. A 30 minutes wait is so stupid, plus your direct lines aren’t even direct. Anxiously anticipating your apology tweet.
