Holy shit @StGeorgeBank "support" makes me seethe Get an SMS saying something wrong with application, fix it online but no link. Use the links I know, says still processing Chatbot tells you to call customer support. Phone bot says use online banking but I'm not a customer yet

@StGeorgeBank have an interesting approach to complaint handling. The online form is deprecated so it can’t be used. The complement form used to complain about the complaint form will get so many identity verify questions you can’t be verified. Hopeless bank - avoid!

So the ‘compliment’ I had to use to tell @StGeorgeBank their complaint form wasn’t working actually resulted in the complaint form being fixed! Used it to complaint about the ridiculous (punitive) level of identity checking required to discuss that complaint, which didn’t happen.

@StGeorgeBank This would explain the total indifference expressed by your scams team representative in unilaterally preventing me from conducting my personal business with my broker. Meanwhile the price of bitcoin is steadily increasing as I write.
