@StGeorgeBank have an interesting approach to complaint handling.
The online form is deprecated so it can’t be used.
The complement form used to complain about the complaint form will get so many identity verify questions you can’t be verified.
Hopeless bank - avoid!
So the ‘compliment’ I had to use to tell @StGeorgeBank their complaint form wasn’t working actually resulted in the complaint form being fixed!
Used it to complaint about the ridiculous (punitive) level of identity checking required to discuss that complaint, which didn’t happen.
