@ParadiseTotsuka@Spotify Yeah they exist to make sure people are responsible. But the prices depend on funding. Ours are super underfunded compared to other states which is why it’s so expensive up here. State is too busy gentrifying the city to care about its budget issues or protecting the ecosystem.
