Signal uses standard cellular mobile numbers as identifiers, and uses end-to-end encryption to secure all communications to other Signal users.

@4High2ThisShit0 @signalapp They have not sold out. When pushed by the courts, they only reveal when a person registered for Signal and when they were last active. Only after the court asks about a specific number. Otherwise Signal doesn't know anything
