@SP_EnergyPeople My marketing preferences are already set to no emails (and always have been), but you still send them. I intend to make a formal complaint to the ICO.
According to @SP_EnergyPeople it's on to incorrectly bill and account, almost kill an 84 year old woman and send threatening messages to her because "the meter wasn't working when you were our customer".
@SP_EnergyPeople Why it's obviously generic texts and emails you send to all, I've now blocked you from sending text messages, emails will follow if things don't improve. Not great for a paperless customer but I know when my bills are due I'll just log in and check the amount in future.
@SP_EnergyPeople You send a "request" for payment one day, and then a reminder the very next day, as well as a reminder text. Send your reminder after a week or so. Sending it the day after the bill is just harassment.
@SP_EnergyPeople I will send you details in a private message, but frankly, I am sick to the back teeth of your company’s inability to resolve an issue. It is telling that you respond to a complaint in a public forum in hours but 10 days after I send an email. Utterly woeful.
@SP_EnergyPeople family starting to come down with flu due to your inadequate customer service. You should send us compensation for this, you are making our baby daughter ill, if she is hospitalised, @SP_EnergyPeople are responsible.
@SP_EnergyPeople See the difference is your hiding behind GDPR and I'm not... but you send your enforcement team. To a customer on the at risk register. Thing is they need to gain access to be able to do anything. If your company thinks that tripling someones bill is ethical then so be it...
Having complained via this medium about @ScottishPower I get a reply from @SP_EnergyPeople asking me to send details by PM . Subsequent "conversation" revealed this and other messages to be AI generated ... adding one more nail to an already overcrowded coffin lid! #disgraceful
@SP_EnergyPeople The only help I want is for Scottish power to keep to agreed direct debit amounts which will be posted soon as proof in my bank statement..and to be professional and not send 2 emails in one morning contradicting eachother...
