@PeachesTheBigot @CesaireF @SP_EnergyPeople @OctopusEnergy Just about the most awful company I've had the misfortune to deal with - incompetent, defensive, rude and unhelpful. They treat their customers and the ombudsman with total contempt and should be closed down.

@SP_EnergyPeople Then you need to rethink the app if it can’t handle customers logging in to check their bills. All those profits and you can’t afford a half decent app?

@SP_EnergyPeople my gas meter is broken and I’ve tried multiple ways to get through. Please make contact with me so I can get it sorted. I’m sure if I didn’t have £1500 in credit and I switched the meter off you’d be answering me more quickly!!

@SP_EnergyPeople Ok- so the scenario is this: your advisor refused to set up a DD and I had to make a complaint. The complaints team then set it up. Do better.
