I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with worse customer support than @SP_EnergyPeople. Calls disconnect before I get through to a person. It took five attempts to get past their Intercom bot. Every agent I speak to talks like they’re in a period drama without actually being helpful
@ScottishPower@SP_EnergyPeople how is a customer supposed to speak to an agent if everytime the call is answered the line cuts off?? Bet that helps your "answered <30secs" call stats to report to @ofgem (!) 5 attempts since 9am..if u want this final bill settled you can call me!
