@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople how is a customer supposed to speak to an agent if everytime the call is answered the line cuts off?? Bet that helps your "answered <30secs" call stats to report to @ofgem (!) 5 attempts since 9am..if u want this final bill settled you can call me!
