@SP_EnergyPeople Could you tell me why when I topped up my account on 1st May by £100, my electric has gone off when I got in and it's saying activate emergency credit. I know your prices are high but that seems a bit extreme.
@PeachesTheBigot@CesaireF@SP_EnergyPeople@OctopusEnergy Just about the most awful company I've had the misfortune to deal with - incompetent, defensive, rude and unhelpful. They treat their customers and the ombudsman with total contempt and should be closed down.
@CesaireF@SP_EnergyPeople@PeachesTheBigot If they actually made any effort to get things right then they might find that their phone lines are slightly less busy! So glad I switched to @OctopusEnergy who do at least care about customer service!
@SP_EnergyPeople Then you need to rethink the app if it can’t handle customers logging in to check their bills.

@SP_EnergyPeople in the last 7 days you’ve sent me 3 statements covering 22/3-21/4.
2 of them are identical, and todays one is at a much lower amount.
Todays one only includes Electric to 31/3 but Gas to 21/4 whereas the previous 2 statements was to 21/4 for both.
