Just recorded electric and gas meter reading via mobile app to @SP_EnergyPeople and within 15 minutes an overdue payment email has arrived. In the absence of robust accountability by the @ofgem the @ScottishPower has got a free hand to manipulate customers
@SP_EnergyPeople Why do you keep asking for a meter reading on a smart meter that isn’t working and has been reported to you? Engineer booked - hopefully they turn up this time but another estimated bill as a result of your poor service.
@SP_EnergyPeople Thanks. I submitted a reading on the 3rd April but i have still not had my monthly bill produced and the lines have been too busy to phone.

Me: the SMART METER reading is 1207, look at smart UI. You said you can see the gas meter.

I am extremely upset with the way the your company deals with folk. I have not been to the property for 5 weeks I been away. I paid a gesture of goodwill £100 payment towards cost and will submit a meter reading in 3 days when I’m there…(2)
@SP_EnergyPeople The useless Energy company always seems to not take your energy /meter reading when they are estimated ones your Chat is useless we want proper real people answering enquiries not your fecking bots no wonder ur the worst utility customer services u cant do nothin
@SP_EnergyPeople@ScottishPower My girlfriend was charged for an incorrect meter reading for her previous flat. Customer service says this takes 3 weeks to resolve but reported her and 2 different collection agencies are calling her each day. This is bad customer service.
@SP_EnergyPeople Please sort your app out it is virtually impossible to find a link to submit a meter reading also via the Internet web too fed up off signing into my account on both and cannot find this
@SP_EnergyPeople not only harass their customers 7 days before the meter reading due date but they also keep on sending the payment reminders as soon as you provide the meter reading, though due date is 30th of every month
Hello @SP_EnergyPeople how do I find out when and how much I will get paid after submitting my Export meter reading in Nov2023? Tried emailing seg@scottishpower.com but no reply
