@Ryanair And would not pay to repatriate or arrange flights home for myself or my family when they left me stranded in Krakow when it went into lockdown, told us a aircraft would come to take us home it was cancelled via an email no help at all from them just left cost Ā£1500 to get home.

@Ryanair at Bergamo level of intelligenceā€¦ flight on board says ā€œboardingā€.walk through gate, down to the door. Door is locked, no plane there and itā€™s freezing. 30 mins later. A full Plane turns up. Why not just board people when the planes actually ready to be fucking boarded!
