@Ryanair booked flights for Krakow in August through your site. Now I have an email saying it was booked through a 3rd party and to verify my identity. I booked on YOUR WEBSITE. I go through your link to verify and payment page crashes. How do I sort this out?

Let it be known that NYE flights with @Ryanair are fucked. Been travelling since midnight, at airport since 5am, plane leaves without me while staff refuses to help, and no refunds!
