@PrideslayerMMA@RuneScape@JagexSponge@Weeklykiwi1 I'd guess that removing the lockout would generate a puff of interest for a small amount of time, and then it would drop off to be even more dead than it is now (I don't actually agree that it's "very dead atm", it could be a lot worse)
