@reliancejio @JioCare There's a very good network around my place. But I'm able to get a single bar barely. Internet services are not even responding, while my friends have a very good reception of network(They also use jio) Can you please respond and help me out

@JioCare Hey jio, i have been using Airtel 5g in Hyderabad city on my Mi 12 Pro 5G, unfortunately i thought of trying jiotrue5g ported, this shattered me very bad, i couldn't receive calls while in 5G, NRVo enable or even in VoLTE, facing issue help me, 4g works well, #jio #5G

@Bhupendra196917 @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio For me also it took nearly 10 days to schedule the installation. But don't worry once the installation is scheduled, you will really enjoy the services being provided by Jio. Now I am very happy with the way of customer support from Jio.
