@reliancejio@JioCare , I recently switched from Airtel to Jio in Chennai & I have noticed that deliberately during the last week before recharge you reduce the 4g speeds, provide lot of call drops,call connect issues & lot of bad experience to ensure customer recharges soon.Why?
