Hi, I just encountered one of the worst experiences from Redbus. Me and my 6 friends booked our Bus from Sikar to BITS Pilani. Alas, the bus never arrived and the bus operator ordered me to cancel. But I was unable to cancel it. Customer care didn't help at all. @redBus_in
