@quickbooks I have submitted numerous requests w/ case numbers & I’ve never received any response. Just curious if it’s just me or do you treat all your customers this poorly? My employees are still waiting for their W2 forms from you. Do I need to file official complaints?

@QuickBooks will you be refunding what I paid you to send out (14) W2 forms since I’ve already paid you for this service & you failed to do so after multiple requests since the beginning of February? Will you refund me for my time, envelopes, printer ink, paper…

@QuickBooks I have been requesting since mid February and nothing has been done. Taxes must be filed in TWO WEEKS. All we want are three W2 forms from you. Why can’t you do what you have been paid for?

@QuickBooks They have been deleted. I have 2 case #s. @QuickBooks I have 2 filed complaints about my employees NEVER receiving their W2s from u. You’ve never resolved the situation. Do I need to take it to the next level w/the IRS or legal action? All we want r our W2 forms that we paid for.

@QuickBooks I have requested from you numerous times that you mail my employees their W-2 forms & you never have. I shouldn’t have to do what I’ve already paid you good money to do. YOU hired a 3rd party & they failed you. You continue to fail me & my employees. Why?

@QuickBooks you’ve known there’s a payroll issue INV for years and it’s still not fixed! Yet you want to charge full price for partial service….I figured out the problem before your CS rep did and they were no help, no resolution
