@QuickBooks users if you want to downgrade from Advanced they force you to call a number so they can waste 25 min of your time asking questions and trying to prevent you from changing it - all before they finally share a way for you to change it online with this URL:

@rohindhar I find it hard to believe that anything can top QuickBooks @QuickBooks as the worst!!! THEY called me for scheduled meeting today & took 30 minutes to verify my ID before they could talk to me. Next 30 minutes were similar until I finally just begged if I could hang up now.

@QuickBooks could you likeā€¦ ask your developers/coders to come up with a better way to push software updates that donā€™t unexpectedly bog and crash Quickbooks Enterprise? It never fails, quickbooks crashes and upon restart the software says I have an update to download. Thanks.

I got permanently banned from @QuickBooks because a ā€œclientā€ of mine stole someoneā€™s identity to pay me for a $3k logo. After I got paid, the person who had their identity stolen reported the fraudulent $3k charge. That $3k came out of my account. (Iā€™m net $0) 1/2
