@paulfoxone@gggirl924 I got a call one day from Duke Energy. Showed up as "Duke", how it's in my phone. The same 800# I call for power outage, etc. Tried to sell me new elect. Sounded like a frat party & why would they want me to go to diff company? Reported it.
