@urbanicityHAM Originally Lime Ridge Mall had banks of payphones on the upper and lower levels. Also all mall entrances had at least one or two. Then the renovations in late 2010s saw most of the phones removed. Not everyone has a cellphone and power outages put digital phones offline.
