@CrimeInNYC@JoeInvestigates I'm going to have to say it's a tie. It's getting worse and worse by the hour under lawless criminal regimes. I was around in 1977 during the power outages and the first 5 minutes every store was being robbed it was surreal I wonder if that would happen today?
