bwiset yung meralco, nirereport ko na may power outage dahil pumutok yung transformer tapos ang reply sakin “Upon checking, wala kaming reported na service interruption sa Holy Spirit at the moment” KAYA KO NGA NIREREPORT!!??? Hindi man lang magpadala ng tao ng check!???
