@charliekilo552 Perhaps. But in rural areas where most of the above ground power lines r, they r used to & prepared 4 outages.
My 80 yr MIL survived 39 days without power in the ice storm in 2000 & lives in rural QC. She has alternative heat & electricity sources.
Rural people r ready.
