Hey @NBN_Australia any update on the long outage in Helensvale? Your outage message hasn't changed in 4 days and my ISP says "NBN isn't updating us". It's been 4 days of unusable internet, I'd love to know when/if you intend to fix this.

@NBN_Australia your team is a joke and @Telstra your an embarrassment and should be ashamed of the treatment to your customers. I’ve lost 5 days of work trying to organise this and still again failed us. When can someone decent make contact, your online team is a joke.
