@NBN_Australia can you please tell me who can remove the old Optus aerial cable connected to our property? It is connected to the other side of the house to the current NBN HFC connection and it needs to removed (the old Optus aerial cable that is). Thanks in advance.

@NBN_Australia no outage listed but my provider confirmed network is gone until close to 11pm tonight. Down most of the day with Mobile network getting hammered as everyone trying to watch sport on a Sunday. 0.5k instead of 4K one of the only afternoons I can watch #f1 Thanks!!!!

Hey @superloopau, when you’re not capable of logging a fault with @NBN_Australia at 7:30pm on a weeknight, you’re gone. It was quicker to churn to another provider than the web support wait… maybe you ought to think about what that says for your level of service?

@NBN_Australia nbn outage 4019 .. your website says otherwise. Take it from the customer with the nbn unit flashing and no internet that your website information is incorrect

@NBN_Australia We are a street in Moodlu that has all new houses been built. Fibre up the street through our pit out the front of my house, spoke with a technician who said it was stupid by management not to hook our 7 houses up as they were sent back time and time again to hook up new houses.
