Hey @NBN_Australia any update on the long outage in Helensvale? Your outage message hasn't changed in 4 days and my ISP says "NBN isn't updating us". It's been 4 days of unusable internet, I'd love to know when/if you intend to fix this.

Well done @NBN_Australia my fibre upgrade lasted a whole 12 days before it failed. After years of mediocre speeds I now have a 3mbs mobile hotspot. #nothappy

@NBN_Australia what a fantastic complaints service you have. Don’t return calls, ignore what is written by customer in the complaint and condone NBN technicians giving misleading advice about placement of NBN connection point leaving customer with awful internet performance.
