@bluehost Bluehost is asking for a color copy of a government issued ID so that I can access my blocked account. I have NEVER been asked to provide this kind of information when locked out of an account before. Super shady.

Apparently, the @bluehost policy is they are “unable” to provide a refund for add-on services. It’s a web host, so almost everything is an add-on service. If it’s a terrible UX or it flat-out doesn’t work, there’s no way to know ahead of time. Once you’ve paid for it, no refunds!
