Apparently, the @bluehost policy is they are “unable” to provide a refund for add-on services. It’s a web host, so almost everything is an add-on service. If it’s a terrible UX or it flat-out doesn’t work, there’s no way to know ahead of time. Once you’ve paid for it, no refunds!
