@xcelenergy Just went out AGAIN ( 10th time). Crappy grid, unreliable equipment, lousy service, high prices! Can’t wait to hear the litany of excuses this time ( after hearing the lame excuses for the 27 hour shutdown last month). Just went out again (11th time in 60 min)

@xcelenergy is short staffed and 5 phone calls in the last 60 days get disconnected by automated system as they dont have anyone available in the billing department to address your concern. Then #xcelenergy slaps you with late fees which become your problem.#very bad service
