@rezyn8 @Aussie_BB Less and Aussie BB issue and more an Opticom. As someone who has worked with ISP's the person that actually owns the cable in this case Opticomm are the be all and end all when it comes to alot of issues.

Opticomm and @Aussie_BB are a joke. Internet down for 36 hours now and I still won't get an update until tomorrow. Aussie can't do anything until Opticomm update the ticket.

@itsonelouder @Aussie_BB That is very good communication. We’re with foxtel but they said they didn’t know anything when I called them, until they looked it up on the outage tracker. Ours was part of the 12:45 - 6:45 outage, but went out before that and came back on earlier. Go figure.

@miriamcosic Change to @Aussie_BB . You will not regret it. I’ve been with them for years. Their service is second to none. Any time s’one on our FB area group asks for advice on who to move to, the replies are about 90% in AB’s favour. They have an excellent reputation for a reason.
